PMC’s was established in mid 2015 and still operates serving a high volume of customers each year.

PMC’s uses nothing but the finest produce from R.Hutchinson and Sons Cookstown. A local butchers shop that’s be serving the people of Cookstown for over 40 years.

I myself have been working there since I have left school so everything is produced there.

The way it works:

I bring everything for your BBQ function. Everything is supplied:

⭐️Salads

⭐️Plates , Knives, Forks

⭐️Large variety of sauces

I cook everything fresh on site, serve it out to everyone and then clean up after it’s all over. Whatever remaining food is left is stored in disposable trays and can be used again at a later date.
